About the Pastor Reginald Johnston is a licensed and ordained minister. He began in ministry July 1997 at Spring Lake Memorial Baptist Church (Spring Lake, NC) under the leadership of Rev. John McKoy, Jr. Rev. Johnston was appointed to teach weekly youth bible studies, Vacation bible school, and other youth services. In addition he also played drums for three of the church's choirs. In 1999 Rev. Johnston started an outreach bible study at a local Holiday Inn. Shortly thereafter the Lord transitioned him to Leach Springs Missionary Baptist Church (Raeford, NC) under the leadership of Rev. Gary H. Cannon, Sr. On January 7th 2002 Pastor Johnston revealed the vision for My Father's House Christian Church to the Outreach bible study group; this was the vision that God had given him in 1995. Seven years later the church had it's first service on Sunday February 3rd 2002 at The Holiday Inn Bordeaux - Fayetteville, NC. In march of 2005 the church moved to her present location at 5303 Bragg Blvd. Fayetteville, NC. Pastor Johnston not only preaches and teaches from the pulpit, but he also ministers in prison, radio, and behind the drums at drum clinics. Many souls have been won to Christ, and many lives changed through the ministry of Pastor Reginald Johnston. |
